Fielding and training soldiers on the next generation of training virtualization platforms being adopted by the US Army.

I was designated as the officer responsible for ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) operational and information security guidelines at the organization level. I facilitated the security of all sensitive information during all projects and activities, and also monitored log sheet access and all document labeling and management.Selected Accomplishments:• Planned and led numerous security audits to identify and resolve potential security and compliance issues.• Ensured the inhibition of information sharing between classified and unclassified systems.

This was an assignment to oversee all operations for a critical team deployed in Europe, where I am responsible for coordinating activities, tracking battle readiness and activities, maintaining situational awareness, and assisting senior officers. I receive, track, and publish all orders received from headquarters. In this role, I supervise 1 direct report and manage files, presentations, reports, inventory data, spreadsheets, and other unclassified and classified information.Selected Accomplishments:• Facilitated the completion of expert infantry badge and expert soldier badge training and testing for >2,000 soldiers.• Chosen to supervise multiple sections as the Senior Night Manager, with zero incidents.• Selected to manage a critical project spanning 6 months. Coordinated a staff of 25 in multiple countries.• Administered and reported on the movements of large teams in 8 countries during a major operation.• Recognized for becoming a subject matter expert (SME) on a new classified tracking platform and setting the standard for management of products on the platform.

During this time, I served as a Gunner in a large fighting vehicle. I maintained accountability for millions of dollars in equipment, communication platforms, and supplies. I also trained and mentored vehicle staff, including radio operators, and navigated the vehicle and monitored communications. For several months, I was deployed in Romania and Poland.Selected Accomplishments:• Managed vehicle movement and operations in the absence of the commander.• Conducted technical and general training for more than 50 personnel with 100% passing rate.• Chosen as Employee of the Month and Employee of the Quarter.
