My name is Corey Brunson I graduated from Miami Edison as a football player. I have my sights on a new career path as a firefighter. Despite being accepted into Florida International University (FIU), Florida A&M University (FAMU), and Bethune Cookman University, I have decided to transfer to Miami Dade College to pursue my dream of becoming a firefighter. My childhood as a football player has instilled in me a strong sense of urgency, teamwork. I also had a job at a restaurant as a waitress which taught me a commitment to providing excellent customer service, which I believe all of which are valuable attributes in the field of firefighting.In addition to my athletic background, I have received certifications in Microsoft Office and Excel, demonstrating proficiency in essential computer skills. While at Bethune Cookman University, i briefly participated in track and field, showcasing versatility and dedication to physical fitness. My decision to transition to Miami Dade College reflects determination to succeed in this new career path. I would gladly accept any interships with EMT. To further propel me to learn more. I could also take jobs with heavy lifting or any with custom service to keep me sharp.
