Manager (Design/Simulation/CAD Platform and Touch Technical Develop) 2009.11 ~ 2011.11• Lead and manage a CAD team to develop automatic simulation system, automatic photo masks layout and verifications. Reduce the design period from 2 months to 3 weeks.• Team up a touch platform department for touch panel product developing, including ACD, material and driving functions, become a main force after 6 months operation.• Develop DITO/SITO/In-cell/On-cell/OGS touch technology for technical roadmap and corporation strategy.• Lead a team with 12 persons and build up the cover glass and touch sensor line in new factory, define the process flow, metal/photo resistor materials for products.Deputy Manager (Monitor, TV, and Simulation Platform) 2007.03 ~ 2009.11• Establish the panel design/simulation integrated system and define product characterization flow for new product development.• Being the PE for new products development, coordinate with ME/EE/Optical/Marketing/Sales departments to negotiate and develop.• Lead the IPS/FFS TV technologies development for 19” ~ 47”projects, including panel design, process evaluation, optical performance, and new generation factory for TV products.Engineer (Device and Array-Cell-Design) 2003.10 ~ 2007.03• Develop the 1st LCD panel when Innolux Display Co. founded in ‘03, and ramp up the volume by continuous improvement and quality monitoring.• Defined the LCD panel simulation flow, performance checking items, photo mask layout rules and characterization items for product development guidelines.• Response for Optical/electrical characterization, issue analysis, and new product yield rate.• Monitor the TFT/ESD devices performance, and feedback to regression model.
