CurrentBased in Miami, Florida, Origis Energy is a fast-moving renewable energy IPP dedicated to sustainabilityResponsible for execution of large, high profile, and/or complex projects (1GW across TX and MS)Support pre-construction efforts including RFPs and due diligence studiesReview preliminary designs and engineering to ensure compliance with other project agreements, permits, and AHJs.Negotiate and execute EPC agreements for PV and substation scope of workManage project delivery efforts from late-stage development through commercial operationCoordinate with procurement teams regarding GSU and module allocationSupport IE due diligence process for financial close (construction lending, development facility, and tax equity)Manage interconnection agreements and PPA requirements to ensure project successManage interconnection and commissioning activities to ensure the project successfully achieves commercial operationCoordinate project closeout activities through substantial completion and O&M hand offProject specific experience – Rockhound Solar (608 MWac / 764 MWdc), Odessa, TX.
