Over seeing our behavior based safety program, coordinator for training new observers, attend safety meetings to speak in order to get people focused on safety, listen to their safety concerns and report their concerns to the proper personnel. Perform safety observations daily. Promote a safe work environment to all employees and contractors inside the refinery. Prepare monthly reports and slides. Recruit new observers, secure supplies , location, and funding for steering team activities, meetings and trainings. Facilitate steering team meetings, collect and enter observation data, review observation data and work with barrier removal team to remove barriers and present observation data at meetings and on monthly news letters.
