For the last 19 years I have been highly in involved in Athletics, I have coached multiple sports (Basketball, Soccer and Softball) and multiple levels and I have coached both boys and girls. Throughout my coaching career I have coached at various levels (middle school, high school, Division III, Division I and AAU) and have the honor of coaching at high levels, but have also had the task of helping rebuild programs. In addition to my coaching experience, I have worker for three different Basketball Event Management Companies where I have held various positions, Women's Director at The Hoop Group, Owner of Showcase Tournaments and Marketing and Sales Consultant and Scheduling Coordinator at Blue Chip Basketball. During each one of these positions I have learned and enhanced various skills that include: Event Management, Budgeting, Scheduling large events, Marketing, How to Gain Sponsorships and many other skills.During the last 7 years I have worked withing the high school and middle school system; both as a coach and an educator. I have held various positions throughout the time and worked with various economic, social and academic background. Some of the positions that I have held have been a substitute teacher, a Long Term Sub for Special Education at the High School level and Math and Career Awareness teacher in the Middle School. In addition, I have been a paraprofessional and a coach for girls basketball and soccer. This has taught me how to adapt to any situation that has been put in front of me. I look forward to continue to grow as a professional and enhance and gain new skills that will continue to help me be succesful.
