I work as a Fabrication Group Manager with 24 team members in my department. Our main focus is S.Q.D.I.C. or Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost. As a leader in the Fabrication department I focus more on the service aspect of leadership. If my team wants for nothing then there is no reason for them to not be productive. This allows me to be able to focus on stream lining the flow of product through my department with the least amount of wasted energy as possible. Our goal is to make our internal and external customers happy with the Quality we provide and the on time delivery we strive for.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

1. Operate a Mitsubishi ML3015 LV PlusII 40CF-R laser.2. Understand blueprints to make high quality parts.3. Use calipers and micrometers to obtain all specified dimensions of parts or tools being made.4. Execute bend mirror alignments, mirror cleaning, and pallet locking.5. Maintain a number of CNC operated machines.6. Use SolidWorks or AutoCAD to draw tools and parts.7. Perform any cleaning needed on parts on an EDM machine.8. Supervise the floor.9. Manage other employees to create a friendly and productive work environment.

Austin, Texas Area

1. Implemented correct procedures for food handling and kitchen sanitation.2. Maintained food inventory for the week and daily specials.3. Kept Prep station with adequate amounts for each shift.4. Prepared meals for customers and large banquets.
