As Head of Global Partnerships & Alliances, I have strategic leadership responsibility for Workiva's 200+ global partner and alliance channel network. Workiva's Partner ecosystem includes system integrators (global and regional), advisory/consulting, enterprise technology, cloud hyperscalers, distributors, design agencies, law firms, resell and managed services (MSP) firms of all sizes, including the world's leading global enterprises. Reporting to the CEO (member of executive leadership team), in addition to leading the global alliances teams, lead the company's outsourcing/MSP sales channel as well as the global Partner Sales, Partner Marketing, Partner Operations and Partner Solutions teams.I developed a global Go-to-Market strategy, expanded the alliances team, refined our partner ecosystem and implemented programs and processes to support global scale. This included overhauling the channel strategy and strengthening relationships with major system integrators, cloud and enterprise technology partners in addition to building new ecosystem channels.By implementing a strategic partnership management framework focused on partner fit, market segmentation, accountability and growth, I significantly grew channel bookings (400%), increased Partner attach rate from 30% to >70% of bookings, expanded and diversified our channel pipeline, and tripled the number of high-revenue contributing partners over 3 years.

In collaboration with the Customer Success team, I implemented an innovative customer engagement and renewal model to improve client retention amid growing competition; as our product transformed from a secondary offering to a critical component of an enterprise platform.

Responsible for leading all consulting, service delivery, customer on-boarding and Partner enablement for Workiva's GRC business unit.My GRC expertise and background in professional services made me the ideal candidate for this newly-created position leading Workiva’s team of 30 Solution Architects and Onboarding Project Managers. Together, we tackled some of the most complex challenges in GRC—ranging from internal audits to SOX compliance and risk management.I quickly identified opportunities for improvement and spearheaded the redesign of the customer onboarding process. Formed from the merger of Sunera, APTEC, and ANRC, Focal Point provides business and technology risk consulting services in cyber security, data privacy, data analytics, identity risk (IAM), internal audit & compliance.As a Founding Partner, I helped transform Sunera (later Focal Point) from an eight-person team into an international consulting disruptor with over 200 employees and ~$50M in revenue. I launched and scaled operations in Canada and the U.S. West Coast, driving market growth through strategic GTM execution, delivery excellence and P&L management. By hiring and empowering top talent, I built high-performing teams and maintained a strong corporate culture with low attrition rates. In addition to the geographic leadership responsibilities, I built and led the firm's national data analytics practice, establishing GTM partnerships with leading analytics technology platforms. Post-private equity acquisition, I co-led the integration of 15 national practices, driving significant revenue growth.

WestJet is the 2nd largest Canadian Air Carrier, with $4.5B in revenue and fleet size of 170, providing service to over 107 destinations. The airline averaged 25% YOY growth during my tenure. I joined this newly-public airline to establish its internal audit function from the ground up. Reporting to the CFO and the Board Audit Committee, I quickly built trust and implemented critical processes, including the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program post-IPO.I expanded the Internal Audit Department to a team of 12 and managed a $4M budget. My work involved collaborating with executives and external auditors to create and execute risk-based audit plans and developing an Enterprise Risk Management program that strengthened the company's risk management practices.
