  Most fitness plans have core movements, but it's usually just a few crunches and medicine ball movements tacked on to the end of a workout. There isn’t a focus placed on the center of the body, and when there is, it's at the expense of the prime movers in the body. I designed Core Blend Training to not only develop strength, but develop usable strength where the movements in the weight room mimic the sport. On my approach, client and Olympic medalist, Reese Hoffa says, "I have seen an improvement in performance and a consistency that I have never had in my entire career."Since opening my training facility in August of 2012, some aspects of our business I am proud of include:• Designing and conducting our original group fitness classes, including Core Blend Boot Camp• Developing fitness and wellness seminars for local corporations • Tracking the progress of our clients as they work our safe and effective programs for muscular gain, weight loss, and rehabilitation
