Most fitness plans have core movements, but it's usually just a few crunches and medicine ball movements tacked on to the end of a workout. There isn’t a focus placed on the center of the body, and when there is, it's at the expense of the prime movers in the body. I designed Core Blend Training to not only develop strength, but develop usable strength where the movements in the weight room mimic the sport.
