My role includes providing the officers with pre-mission briefings that will keep them posted on issues with sensitive information such as ongoing investigations and dangerous inmates in detention centers that may lead to high-risk environments. At the same time as jail security is being undertaken, I need to ensure that these prisoners are searched then supervised during any crises.Moreover, I manage logistics, work with multiple agencies, and confirm on paper that prisoners are transferred safely. My leadership broadens to emergency scenarios in which I oversee aircraft evacuation, brief both crew and inmates, and see to it that emergency equipment is maintained in a usable condition. Furthermore, if necessary, I do medical assessments and provide first aid when necessary.My Officer in Charge role in monitoring JPATS missions shows that I highly regard clear communication and professionalism, irrespective of any technical skills needed.
