Advise and administer warranty solutions for both internal and external customers for various marine products. Monitor phones & claim systems for inquiries and new claim requests, providing critical initial review of documentation for claim determinations based on applied policy. Approve, reject and or initiate extended review of claims based on evidence provided to assess liability. Process all approved claims in various systems for payment. Verify, review & approve labor rates and rate increases per state requirements.
