I served as head coach for Winston Churchill High School's summer varsity baseball team. I worked with every kid individually to help them isolate and improve on specific acts of their game. Through coaching games and practices all summer, I was able to see players improvements throughout the summer and advise them on what they need to continue to work on. Communicating with umpires, parents, players and other coaches was crucial to planning games, setting rosters and dividing playing time.
