This includes estimating, planning, prepress (offset, digital and digital wide format), customer service and mailing. Additionally, oversee all aspects of mailing operations. This includes processing jobs in accordance with Postal Standards, Inserting, Ink jetting, Wafer sealing and any other operation needed to prepare mail for the post office.We are recognized by the Post Office as a Mail Service provider who mailed over 12 million pieces last year though the Post Office’s Seamless Acceptance Incentive without ever exceeding the Post Office’s threshold for undocumented pieces.

These projects saved millions in annual expenses while creating more efficient processes. Also, oversee all aspects of the Circulation data base, DSI. This data base is used for all customer subscription information including financial and service history. It is also utilized for all aspects of distribution to subscribers, nonsubscribers and various weekly and monthly publications

Develop strategies and concepts to grow and connect with audiences across all media platforms including print, digital, social and mobile. Responsible for growing customer engagement regardless if it was through print or online. Have final responsibility for achieving Circulation Revenue commitments within budget.• Oversaw a revenue budget of twelve million and an expense budget in excess of eight million. Improved bottom line by 10% year-over-year.• Developed a push marketing strategy that identified a customers’ needs based on the articles read online and pushed similar or developing articles to the consumer to reengage them. • Created a communication cadence utilizing a combination of direct mail, e-mail and door-to-door marketing to improve resale results of recently stopped customers. This resulted in a twenty percent improvement in resales.

Directed the catalogue planning and analysis team in developing comprehensive circulation plans to achieve objectives and maximize profitability. This included identifying targets for each catalog and recommending quantity mailed based on forecasted revenue expectations. Oversaw expense budget in excess of $200 Million that incorporated the printing and distribution of over 50 catalogue mailings with a total circulation over 300 Million. Reviewed catalogue creative and provided feedback on merchandise mix, density, offer call-outs, disclaimers, offer codes/items and pagination.• Oversaw the optimization of in-season circulation including changes to total circulation and adjustments across components enabling the department to come in under budgeted expense for the 2nd half of 2012.• Created comprehensive seasonal customer contact plans incorporating circulation, cadence, offer strategy and testing in order to satisfy seasonal sales and profit objectives and enabled the department to exceed revenue for the same period in 2011

Reported to the Director Consumer Marketing and Audience Development. Responsible for achieving the department’s Sales, Circulation and Revenue goals through targeted acquisition efforts. Oversaw all aspects of customer acquisition and sales in the B to C (business to consumer) area. Customer acquisition and sales included direct mail, digital marketing (e-mail, display, retargeting, SEM and Social), mobile marketing, telemarketing and door to door canvassing..
