This includes estimating, planning, prepress (offset, digital and digital wide format), customer service and mailing. Additionally, oversee all aspects of mailing operations. Oversee numerous cross-departmental projects working in conjunction with Marketing, Finance, IT, Production Circulation and Advertising. These projects saved millions in annual expenses while creating more efficient processes. Also, oversee all aspects of the Circulation data base, DSI. This data base is used for all customer subscription information.

Lexington, Kentucky Area

• Develop strategies and concepts to grow and connect with audiences across all media platforms including print, digital, social and mobile. Responsible for growing customer engagement regardless if it was through print.
• Oversaw a revenue budget of twelve million and an expense budget in excess of eight million. Improved bottom line by 10% year-over-year.
• Developed a push marketing strategy that identified a customers’ needs based on the articles read online and pushed similar or developing articles to the consumer to reengage them.
• Created a communication cadence utilizing a combination of direct mail, e-mail and door-to-door marketing to improve resale results of recently stopped customers. This resulted in a twenty percent improvement in resales.

• Directed the catalogue planning and analysis team in developing comprehensive circulation plans to achieve objectives and maximize profitability. This included identifying targets for each catalog and recommending.
• Oversaw the optimization of in-season circulation including changes to total circulation and adjustments across components enabling the department to come in under budgeted expense for the 2nd half of 2012.
• Created comprehensive seasonal customer contact plans incorporating circulation, cadence, offer strategy and testing in order to satisfy seasonal sales and profit objectives and enabled the department to exceed revenue.
