Continue to provide support to our users who utilize the EZLynx Accounting Product; providing relevant solutions to accounting issues. I escalate programming issues to our Product Team and often communicate between external and internal parties to implement solutions for urgent issues. I train our users in the EZLynx Accounting Product and engage users needing help with creating transactions and other accounting workflows. Explaining how transactions impact the GL and being capable of researching accounting errors and communicating a solution is a huge part of my role. I help our users understand how EZLynx integrates with QuickBooks Online and troubleshoot issues that might occur. Using Excel, I process customized accounting reports based on an agency’s reporting needs and frequently conduct account reconciliations between EZLynx and QuickBooks.

Train insurance agencies in the accounting module of the EZLynx insurance management system.Provide solutions to accounting issues impacting workflows for posting transactions.Communicate what journal entries are posted when transactions are finalized and how these postings impact an agency's general ledger.Support an integration between EZLynx and QuickBooks Online/QuickBooks Desktop. When a discrepancy in account balances between the two system occurs, I reconcile the GL account, find the discrepancy, and provide a solution/explanation of why this occurred based off the audit train in EZLynx.Manage multiple projects and tasks by updating my calendar, making to-do lists, and routinely prioritizing tasks.Assist in the development of custom reports for agencies.
