Responsible for the identification, development and supervision of WinField product on-farm trials with key identified growers. Role involves establishment of an ongoing relationship with identified growers, working directly with growers and MAA, providing solutions to questions through tissue samples, R7 images and data presentations. Gather information to validate the value of the R7 planning approach and growers fields.

- Responsible for independently applicating crop protection products at 8 AnswerPlot locations. Worked alongside Regional Agronomist at AnswerPlot Knowledge events, as well as field diagnostic calls from sellers. Ensured timely and safe chemical applications, gained strong technical training and experience with Winfield products, involved in tissue nutrient sampling, providing nutrient recommendations, and completed projects involving starter fertilizer mixing trials, and tissue sample protocols.

Researching and experimenting on soybean protein levels, along with data entry involving moisture levels and sampling, specifically the Near Infrared Spectroscopy Project.
