As an Engineering Project Manager on the Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR), I provide leadership and management for development, sustainment and daily operations/maintenance of the UTTR's telemetry and range timing systems. Additionally, I manage schedule, cost, and performance of up to 14 projects simultaneously in support of various range improvements including telemetry, range timing, communications, scoring, and video.Led a $2.5M weapons scoring system upgrade. Performed research including designing and running tests of new cameras with live/inert bombs, and the complete overhaul of camera control/communications. It culminated in the acquisition and installation across the UTTR.Piloted a 7-year, $43M DoD Spectrum Relocation Fund initiative to move the UTTR's telemetry operations from the L&S bands to C-band to make way for more private industry use of L&S-bands. I collaborated with 3 other Major Range & Test Facility Bases (MRTFBs) to sync plans for this massive upgrade.
