I have developed a diverse range of skills and experience from working across multiple industries in varied positions for different sized organisations. I have contributed to organisational digital strategy and been a key member on major redevelopment project boards. I have written (and re-written) code to automate administrative tasks. I have been responsible for budgets of millions of pounds and led teams of up to 60 staff. But I have also been fortunate to have been led by some inspirational individuals in very small teams and entrusted by customers to deliver on their expectations. I still roll up my sleeves to work side by side with the teams I work with because I believe in leading by example. I value respect, honesty, integrity, inclusion and creating an environment where people feel supported, welcome and know their work is making a difference in other people’s lives. I have learnt that no matter what the business or the objective, people are always at the heart of success.
