Corey's practice focuses on helping clients navigate complex data-driven challenges, including issues related to cybersecurity, data privacy, and AI, as well as litigation. His cybersecurity practice focuses on incident preparation and response, regulatory compliance, risk management, and handling related internal investigations and regulatory defense. He regularly advises companies on compliance, governance, risk, and liability issues relating to AI, privacy, and data governance. His litigation practice includes ECPA and FOIA related litigation. He is a leader of the Debevoise's Data Portal, an online tool that helps clients quickly assess and comply with their cyber breach notification obligations and tracks AI regulatory developments, including heading development of the Debevoise AI Regulatory Tracker tool.Corey also serves on the New York City Bar Association's Insurance Law Committee.
