Responsible for the daily operations of the Dry processing plants including all inspection activities, documentation, trend monitoring, and managing plant schedule in order to support continuous plant operation, general maintenance and housekeeping duties to ensure a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.-Understand and execute duties for Dry plant operation-Complete and document equipment inspections, escalating any deficiencies, and ensure safe, compliant operations.-Support troubleshooting of process and equipment issues. Ensures the correct qualified individuals are involved.-Lead housekeeping in the plant area to ensure inspection readiness at all times.-Perform any job-related duties assigned by the production superintendent.

-Responsible for the daily operations of the Wet or Dry processing plants including all inspection activities, documentation, trend monitoring, and managing plant schedule in order to support continuous plant operation, general maintenance and housekeeping duties to ensure a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.-Understand and execute duties for Wet or Dry plant operation-Complete and document equipment inspections, escalating any deficiencies, and ensure safe, compliant operations.-Support troubleshooting of process and equipment issues. Ensures the correct qualified individuals are involved.-Lead housekeeping in the plant area to ensure inspection readiness at all times.-Perform any job-related duties assigned by the production superintendent.

-Follow up with Superintendents and Foremen to make sure they have the proper amount of concrete they need to complete the job.-Ensure transportation of Concrete trucks between jobs is good.-Keep track of paperwork with in regards to vehicle insurance, registration, permits etc.-Maintain high Concrete truck performance by effectively executing a maintenance schedule and dispatch schedule.-Record Hours and Mileage for every truck to track utilization.-Oversee Concrete truck usage on job sites and track loads to ensure peak productivity.-Make sure the Shop Warehouse recieves parts on time to complete maintenance and repair calls.-Complete a daily report which includes Truck Usage, Maintenance Of Equipment, Inventory Hiring etc. ⁃ Manage concrete plant by ordering aggregates, water, cement product, chemicals etc. ⁃ Responsible for the concrete department budgeting and must construct a monthly report entailing profit, demand, expenditures etc. ⁃ Ensure coding to various jobs and bids are correct on invoices. ⁃ Ensure great communication between the concrete department and vendors. -Hire potential employees -Enter Timesheets into the system and disperse hours to various jobs.
