This means that half of the search cost is due upfront, and the other half is due upon hiring one of our candidates. This model is most ideal for companies who have critical and timely hiring needs. We also offer a 6-month and 12-month recurring recruitment model, which allows us to search for up to two positions at one time with one set monthly fee.
