- Produced daily Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR) maps in ArcMap to display restricted areas over incidents as well as the locations of Short Haul Helicopters to inform aviation, dispatchers and Incident Management Teams for any emergency extractions- Created and managed a highly organized GIS data library for the TFR maps, which included base layers and frequently updated project data - Played a critical role in wildland fire resource mobilization by dispatching personnel (overhead) requests using the Resource Ordering and Status System (ROSS) program as well as with the Interagency Resource Ordering Capability (IROC) program - Maintained a detailed log of all activity in the Computer-Aided Dispatch system (WildCAD)- Effectively served as a point of contact for Salt Lake Flight Data to report any pilot sightings of smoke and used the bearing and distance to triangulate the location of the smoke in the WildCAD program, which was then relayed to the appropriate dispatch center - Identified the needs of the office or a project and fulfill those needs without much direction or encouragement- Demonstrated the ability to work closely with multiple persons and/or organizations at a time to ensure efficient communication and effective dispatching- Assisted coworkers with general IT questions as well as technical help on different platforms such as Word, Power Point, ArcMap, ArcCatalog, and Excel- Followed and understood the standard operating practices for resource mobilization, as well as dispatch procedures for priority trainees and special needs - Efficiently performed clerical duties such as printing, filing, faxing, shredding, and documenting- Directed phone inquiries to appropriate personnel throughout the Northern Rockies Geographic Area

- Worked 80-112 hour weeks to ensure the team on the ground had up-to-date and accurate map products- Provided support to the Beeskove Fire incident by providing high-quality daily map products including Public Information (PIO), Operations, Planning, Briefing, Transportation, Pilot, and Initial Attack Plan (IAP) maps- Developed a cost share analysis map for the Beeskove Fire financial team to organize their data on ownership and cost responsibility into logical, easily understandable formats and included a structured and organized excel spreadsheet that contained all of the performed cost analysis so they could recreate the calculations if desired- Gained knowledge on the Collector App, which was used as the mobile field data collection platform for fire personnel on the ground - Utilized the Arc GIS Online (AGOL) feature service to download all necessary data, including base data and operational data, to create the required maps- Maintained a high level of organization of the expansive GIS Data Library that was utilized for fire mapping- Demonstrated a close attention to detail as a singular missing feature or label could result in an inability to fight fire effectively - All maps were produced by their strict deadlines which were imperative to the operations and function of wildfire containment- Communicated closely and frequently with the Situation Unit Leader (SITL) and other personnel on the Beeskove Fire to ensure maps were meeting all operational needs
