Ownership of overall P&L of the Aftermarket Business Unit for Electric Power Generation - Americas.

Responsible for the management of all aspects of Prima Power Laserdyne sales for the US Midwest, US West, Canada, and Mexico. Main market focus on the Aerospace, Power Generation, Medical Device, Oil & Gas, Space Exploration, Automotive, Electronics, and General Manufacturing markets. Developed sales & marketing strategy as well as margin analysis, pricing strategy, product strategy, and accountability for customer win/loss decisions. Led operational activities within global sales organization. This includes Salesforce integration, long-range & FY forecasting activities, and internal management of day to day sales activities & reporting to executive management.

Responsible for global sales and management of department personnel for Kato Brand to Military, Oil & Gas, Aerospace, and Marine as main vertical market segments. Lead growth strategy for Kato sales over next 5 year period for new product, factory remanufacture, and spare parts/aftermarket programs. Develop and maintain relationships with high ranking DoD and commercial sector personnel to drive sales and brand identification.

Responsible for all sales and marketing activities of Fuel Handling Equipment and Nuclear Crane applications to the Americas and Asian nuclear markets. Primary markets include: US, Mexico, Brazil, China, South Korea, Taiwan with involvement also in the EU, South African and UAE markets.

Responsible for the management of sales of all new and refurbished Reactor Coolant Pumps, Motors, and Engineering offers for global customers for the Rotating Equipment Services (RES) product line.

Led the management of contractual deliverables for the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant Contract. Also led the development of project schedules (Primavera), earned value management utility, and project risk & opportunities register.

Supported the management of contractual deliverables for the Progress engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract. Also managed the contract which allows for Request For Information (RFI) licensing support activity between Westinghouse, the utility customer, and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
