In this role, I am responsible for successfully managing projects to implement the various products from the SecureNow in a fast paced environment. I work with both external clients and internal partners to ensure timelines and expectations are met on both sides of the project. As part of the projects, I held testing calls with the clients to ensure all features functioned properly. In addition, project calls with both internal and external resources to answer questions to ensure project continued to progress.

While in this role, I was responsible for managing the implementation of an online banking system, with various features for new clients. I also managed smaller projects to implement features for current clients.

In this role, I was responsible for the bill pay product relationship between Fiserv and our clients. I supported in excess of 500 clients as an account manager. As part of the support process, I fielded general questions, assisted with and resolved escalated issues, opened new project requests, held client calls as needed, assisted with training on products, and facilitated sales opportunities for new products.

I was responsible for managing a team of 15-20 individuals within the call center environment. This included teams for inbound phones, payment research, escalation research and team leads. The responsibilities included coaching, quality monitoring, and assisting with career path development.
