Manage Sales Managers in a multi-state territories consisting of 14 Company Locations over 11 states with sales growth every year to over $65,000,000.• Directs sales program to support or develop new markets.• Develop new and growing existing customer accounts. • People development for not only sales but also for the operations side of the business. • Making all pricing decisions for the Southeast Market as well as developing innovative plans for growth through sales strategies. • Operating income, Gross Margin and Expense management.• Assist in the development of an annual Individual Development Plan (IDP) and meet all training targets as spelled out in the IDP and by corporate goals.• Coordinate closely with operational staff to assure a unified approach to the market. • Stay abreast on the industry as well as competitors to assure the companies standing in the market. • Represent the company at trade shows, with contractors and architectural firms.
