Analysing the brand and its current strategy, creating a brand plan, strategy and ensuring all aspects of the companies marketing and activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand.I had full responsibility of operations from processing orders, dealing with enquiries/complaints, leading a team with production through to shipment of orders.I developed new collections for upcoming seasons using publications such as WGSN, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and analysing competitors.Key stakeholder in organising and successfully carrying out brand trips i.e. sourcing locations, models, sample options, travel, accommodation and assisting on the shoot as well as constantly providing in depth research on photoshoot ideas, make up looks and props for upcoming collections.
