I am currently working as a technical support analyst for Nsight Telservices and have been with the company since February of 2021. Prior to the technical support analyst role I worked as a customer care representative ensuring customer satisfaction for twelve months. Through these positions I have gained a wide variety of skills in the telecommunications industry. One key skill I have gained is problem solving and using critical thinking skills to resolve issues. These positions were hybrid with a majority being remote work. Remote troubleshooting was a valuable skill while being creative to find remote solutions. In this position I was able to resolve over 75% of troubles over the phone. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management in May of 2024. During my final two years of schooling I worked full time while being a part time student. Previous to Nsight Telservices I was an assistant guest services manager at Festival foods. In this position I was customer facing and worked to ensure a positive customer experience. In addition I was responsible for scheduling and direct supervision of the guest services team which was around fifty team members.
