*Verify data conversion from clients’ previous Dealer Management System (DMS)*Responsible for traveling nationwide to client sites to implement and configure the Dealer Management System (DMS) software.*Train dealership personnel on Automate DMS as well as Dealersocket CRM software in both one-on-one and classroom-style environments.*Customize training to enhance the day-to-day processes of the client.*Oversee all aspects of on-site client implementations and provide regular feedback to stakeholders.

Lead implementations and manage relationships with project stakeholders (clients, third parties, vendors, and Brightpearl internal stakeholders)· Engage in project kick-off meetings to review expectations, deliverables, and timelines· Migration of data into the Brightpearl platform· Configuration of software and integration setup· Train end users on using the Brightpearl software application and best practice business processes· Initiate customer go live and provide post live support· Ensure the timely communication of risks and/or issues for deliverables to internal and external stakeholders· Gather and document accurate requirements for software configuration designed to meet the true business needs of the client· Primary point of contact during implementation projects for client support
