I love sales I remember when I first started in sales all we did was sell feature and benefits, even though it was a ok method but it never really got to the pain points of a customer. So all my years in sale I had to change the way I sold so I can make sure I give my customer the best experince. For eample, value selling to me is the best method it shows how our product or service will solve the customer problem. With this method in mind I have took over store that was not hitting there numbers to a store that surpass it's numbers. One thing I remind my team we don't sale products; we build solutions. I have enjoyed many management position through out my career in Fitness Manager, Retail Manager, Telecommunction Manager, Retail Sales Manager, Retail Sales Lead, B2B Sales Rep. My personal and profession experience showed me the following about myself: I can turn a store around and make it profitable:
