As a Lead Customer Support Specialist customer service was a top priority. Clients demanded accurate results and implementation of all of their questions, needs, and their concerns. All data and information provided is tracked through a CRM database. As a support specialist it is required to keep accurate records of all client data through the CRM, in which multiple support teams within the company can access correct data for all their client needs. Clients questions can pertain to an online database/program that enables the client to create their support incidents over the web. As a Lead Support Specialist, training and setup to gain access to this database was a constant need for clients utilizing this tool. At times this database required revisions, corrections and updates, I effectively communicated these changes through to the marketing team and IT departments to ensure that the company;s client care site remained updated. As a team lead I assisted the call center department and other support departments with accurate documentation. This documentation was for internal support procedures and required to be updated regularly. Documents were kept within the SharePoint program as was other information for our department. As the department lead I maintained our SharePoint department site to always be presentable and updated for our team needs. Regularly assisting the manager within our department for various needs. Primarily acting as a knowledgeable resource for our call center team and our clients in procedures and operations. Abilities to handle incoming sales calls and gather information to provide to the sales team; being one of the primary faces for Columbia Ultimate over the phone. Providing the proper training for new hires, and any cross functional training for support personnel was an occasional need. When time permitted I coordinated company sponsored associate events and other department team building activities.
