Design and implementation of the electronic security systems, including surveillance camera systems, door access, and burglar alarm systems, for all our facilities to meet or exceed any local or state regulations for the cannabis industry.• Procure at least 3 quotes from different low voltage installation companies per project.• Review the project quotes to make sure they are competitively priced and we are getting the best overall value for the money, while also making sure that the system meets the company standards, fits within the budget, as well as meets state and local regulation standards. Then, negotiate the contract pricing for the project, and make my recommendation of the contractor I believe we should use. • Project manage the installation of the security systems, working in close conjunction with the construction and compliance departments, contractors, and inspectors, to ensure that the project is staying on schedule, on budget, and in compliance.• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and manage the installed camera systems, door access systems, and burglar alarm systems across all locations, to ensure proper operation, maintain compliance, as well as minimize system downtime.• Manage and assist with incident investigations including damage or theft. Work with local authorities, and their investigators, to provide the necessary video clips, burglar alarm reports, door access system reports, etc., requested for their investigation. • Complete monthly security system inspections as required by different states, and/or or local municipalities. Running burglar alarm reports, vault door access reports, and security camera screenshots per location for submission to the state inspectors, and facilitate the repair of any of these systems in the event that a problem is found.• Work with the compliance department to notify the state of any compliance issues related to the security system repair, such as a camera being down, and facilitate the system repair.

Catalogue all mechanicals at our retail store locations, including documentation of model number, serial number, installation date, filter size, etc. • Set up and implement a basic service schedule for the store management to complete on a semi-regular basis such as basic furnace filter changes, store interior and exterior checks, etc. • Set up and implement a service schedule for each store with at least 1 local contractor for yearly inspections, including HVAC tune ups and cleanings, to ensure proper operation of equipment and to identify any potential problems before they become major issues.• Facilitate any system repair by procuring at least 2 if not 3 different estimates from local contractors for repair. Choose the contractor and schedule the repair based on the most cost-effective solution, keeping in mind any regulatory or timing constraints. • Complete many “handyman” type duties for our retail stores while on site.
