• Provide client support and technical issue resolution via in person, email, phone and other electronic medium• Provide Help Desk support through in house Ticket System to all campus users-Kayako• Configuration of client’s equipment to connect to the internet via model/DSL Router (Dialup/DSL customers only)• Configure software to connect to Internet application servers• Provide Training to clients in the use of the system and applications as related to inter & intranet• Obtain general understanding of the application operations related to company offered services• Identify, correct, advise on operation issues in client computer systems & general network issues• Create new accounts as needed for new users• Maintain client accounts in relation to system updates, anti-virus, etc.• Proficient in internet related applications such as email clients, FTP clients and web browsers• Trained new I.T. technicians at other locations, as well as on-going training for incoming Associate Technicians• Provide 24/7 service for the entire client base at the campus• Set up new campus location which included all networking, imagining of client’s machines, network and Shortel • Ghost / Imaging new workstations• Server Administrator / Managed over 55 servers• Provide excellent client support and technical issue resolution via in person, email, phone and other electronic medium• Managed 3 floors consisting of over 400 employees and managers• Trained new technician staff• CAT Cables / Installation• Maintain client accounts in relation to system updates, anti-virus, etc.• Provide 24/7 service for the entire organization• Trouble Ticket Management – (Kaseya Ticket Management / Lotus Notes)• Configure Client Small Business Networks, user stations, peripherals, etc.• Create user accounts & Provide Training to clients as needed• Virus Removal/Software updates as requested• Install Security Cameras and Wireless Access points• Infrastructure set up
