Working with Khyentse Foundation to help strengthen and connect their childhood education initiatives around the world. Supporting projects through shared visioning, strategic guidance, and building bridges between different programs. Collaborating with teams to imagine and implement ways these initiatives can meaningfully contribute to transforming education on a global scale.

DeathApp is a quiz-based death preparation, planning and awareness application. We’re creating a straightforward & engaging way to educate people of all ages and backgrounds about end-of-life options and how to prepare and plan for our own deaths (or that of a friend or family member). The quiz-based format makes it easier for people create a sharable “death preferences plan” and learn more about ways engage with the finite nature each of our lives.

As an Operations and Organizational Development Consultant at Middle Way Education, I support MWE’s mission of bringing Buddhist principles into childhood education around the world. My work has focused on making operations more efficient, planning strategically, developing projects, and fostering organizational sustainability.Key Contributions:• Tactical Analysis: Conducted deep dives into our operations, delivering reports with findings and recommendations to refine positioning, strategy, and overall operations.• Strategic Planning: Created and rolled out comprehensive plans to streamline operations, expand reach, and ensure sustainable growth.• Operations Streamlining: Pinpointed and implemented processes to boost efficiency, improving documentation practices and workflows.• Product Conceptualization: Helped shape the early ideas for future educational products, focusing on strategic development and marketing.• Support for Curriculum Development: Facilitated initiatives leading to the upcoming release of an open-source curriculum, making it adaptable for educators and parents.Through these efforts, I’ve helped reinforce MWE’s vision and expand its impact, making Buddhist educational principles more accessible and meaningful for youth worldwide.
