• Researched and implemented a full, custom system for face recognition. The system uses state-of-the-art deep learning techniques and is inspired by Facebook’s convolutional neural network approach to face recognition, DeepFace.• Used Deep Learning to create a system for accurately detecting broken or damaged devices from imagery.• Created a method for identifying repeat or loitering consumers based on face recognition.• Produced a neural network to automatically determine if a person is wearing eyewear that would conceal their identity.• Designed and put into action a method for improving the quality of photos taken by the ecoATM kiosk. Electrical Engineer for Automated Image Analysis• Was the Principal Investigator of a $300k internally-funded project for enhancing the Navy's video detection, recognition, and tracking capabilities.• Served as technical lead for 'RAPIER Full Motion Video', an application to detect and track ships from UAV, shore, or ship based video.
