● Created official training components for all encompassing multi-INT target tracking course. Used training components to teach students how to utilize multiple tools and techniques across the IC. As a member of our team oversaw and produced an official National Cryptologic School course based on full platform tracking. The course curriculum involved creating and editing over 500 pages of tools and data associated with fused target tracking. These documents also included instructor guides and student lessons with images and exercises to aid in learning.● Collected and analyzed data from multiple sources of intelligence to provide global customers with maritime awareness. Customers often reached out to our shop for ad hoc support and technical expertise for solving a variety of matters tracking related. Creating effective queries from multiple tools, I consistently responded with timely and accurate intelligence, often including finished products and supplemental information to educate and inform to the greatest degree possible. ● Edited ship-tracking database to maintain maritime domain awareness. To ensure Thresher’s and S2A’s feed accuracy, I performed daily analysis and editing, using a multi-INT approach to validate and combine the most updated and relevant information. ● Identified and processed vessels of interest. The intelligence community commonly requires information involving maritime assets. I researched, maintained, edited, and revised a constant database of over 400 vessels for multiple organizations to maintain consistent situational awareness of the maritime domain.

● Reviewed, edited, created, and supervised the creation of classified intelligence reports that provided critical information to national level policy makers and tactical commanders. As a reporter, my job was to create time sensitive reports with accuracy and provide actionable intelligence to theater Commanders. In addition, my job was to maintain quality control over products of my coworkers, which was a team that consisted of Joint Service Military, Civilian, and Contractor personnel. I was responsible for creating and reviewing over 200 reports with less than 1% error. ● Collaborated with multiple entities to solve problems and generate awareness. As a reporter, one of my duties was to communicate with other bodies of intelligence to ensure accurate and time-critical information was produced. I consistently reached out to other entities, local and abroad, to create an atmosphere of complete awareness, often working under pressure. ● Evaluated current events to maintain situational awareness & conducted situational assessments of foreign activities/intentions. Standing a 24/7 real-time watch required that our section be autonomous in its ability to keep up with current international events. As a senior reporter, I made sure that our team was constantly aware of any event of significance worldwide.

● Responded to Search and Rescue distress calls, administered first aid to mariners in need, responded to requests for assistance with navigation, educated mariners on potential hazard zones while transiting the river to ocean and information on federal laws and regulations. ● Cooperated with local law enforcement agencies to ensure the well-being of local mariners and wildlife. ● Communicated with local entities to maximize collaboration and awareness.● Dispatched station assets for search and rescue, law enforcement, and local assistance. ● Managed a boat crew of five members to efficiently work as a team during high duress situations. ● As a member of the training team, I ensured that our station/crew training program/policy were up to the highest standard to give our members the best chance to save lives of mariners in extreme duress situation.● Guided and trained over 30 junior members in first aid, boat towing techniques, and a variety of other dynamic situations one my face while in a lifesaving situation.
