Guided completion of construction projects through their entire life cycles including contract negotiation, scheduling, budget control, material acquisition, and subcontractor oversight while building relationships with clients to gain access to future work. Specific duties and responsibilities:•Thorough review of initial contract scope and development of contracts with owners and general contractors. Buyout and execution of contracts with various vendors and subcontractors to provide complete scope packages.•Technical process planning, coordination, and logistics. Review of documents such as contract drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and submittal data required to generate RFI’s, and to plan and schedule work.•Daily coordination as an expert in a specialized field with general contractors, owners, design professionals, subcontractors, and vendors.•Administration of all aspects of cost management including change order proposal management, daily tracking of labor, equipment, and material cost, approval of invoices, billing, projections, and providing detailed cost estimates and budgets as the single party ultimately responsible for the profitability of projects.•Daily on-site supervision of field superintendents and office personnel to manage quality, cost, and schedule.
