• Work with Senior Leadership, Field Recruiters, Partners, Engagement Specialist, Managing Partners and Divisional Vice President in bringing focus to reaching Regional hiring, capacity, gender diversity and retention goals. Fill recruiter gaps when called upon and “Subject Matter Expert- Capacity” WIN Team/West Division.• Presenter, lead break-out sessions and assist in planning major company meetings and rallies. • Mentor, coach and train new/veteran Recruiters and Partners in relationship building, networking and sourcing skills when working with Agents, Team Leaders, Centers of Influence, Business Leaders and personal observation contacts.• Troubleshoot and coach Regional recruiting systems as well as team structure (including new agent launch and veteran agent involvement in the recruiting/hiring process). Continuous improvement and efficiency is the goal.• Advise Regional leadership teams on recruiting/head-hunting strategies as well as using successful-recruiting-language when searching for talent.• Serve West Division (and numerous “critical Regions”) by building relationships with Business Leaders, Team Leaders, Centers of Influence and existing agents through support during Recruiting Blitzes and strategic Regional Hub visits.• Lead Partners/Recruiters by having accountability teleconferences to bring focus to the necessary numbers/metrics and activity to reach Corporate and Regional hiring/capacity goals. Development of “Talent Scout Language” to build the company’s “Talent Pool” when meeting with influential leaders within strategic focus areas.
