Led 4 groups/teams with diverse advanced technology project portfolios/sub-portfolios or product lines. Developed new business pipeline, represented portfolio to senior stakeholders, worked across functional organizations to achieve business goals, and executed portfolio throughout the full project lifecycle. Delivered $10M+ of new business annually via a disciplined capture & proposal management process. Drove PM & BD continuous improvement by establishing new/refined templates, tools, & guidelines. Supported Profit & Loss (P&L) mgmt. via monthly project Estimate at Completion (EAC) processes. Directed numerous projects between $100k & $10M; delivered studies, analyses, designs, sub-scale demonstrations, and prototype/flight components & subsystems. Recipient of Air Force Directorate, Laboratory & Command level Leadership & Management awards in 2013, 2014 & 2015; National level team achievement award in 2016; and Company Program of the Year 2020.
