I have been in the security environment for over 30 years total. After retiring from the military with 20 years of dedicated service I completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management from Florida Tech and worked for a defense contractor for over 13 years. My training and practical use experience help me specialize in understanding customer and user needs and requirements in order to provide expert services.I have vast experience working with US and International customers with the ability to communicate with every level customer, from front line user to C-suite executives. I do well under pressure in a high paced environment managing and conducting customer facing events that overlap and run simultaneous.
