I received my Masters of Counseling from Oregon State University (OSU) Cascades Campus and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC0 in the Stateof Oregon. I am also clinically trained in Adoption and Permanency Training through the Kinship Center. I have clinical experience in residential, wilderness, and private practice settings working primarily with trauma and attachment populations. I am a private practice therapist, using a combination of traditional cognitive therapy, Individual Psychology, Attachment Theory, as well as a creative blend of interventions that are customized to meet my clients' needs. I am trained in the application of DBT based Prolonged Exposure therapy, helping my clients target and heal from traumas they have sustained in the past. I also strive to use nature and experiential based activities as a catalyst or metaphor to discuss the parallels to my client's life outside our time together.
