I manage geotechnical projects, including contractors, to ensure deliverables are met and introduce, manage and monitor systems. I also:• Identify and implement process and business improvement initiatives• Identify risk to the operation within the role and take reasonable actions to mitigate that risk• Communicate effectively with Operations to support development and production activities• Provide input into creation of systems and standards relevant to geotechnical management of the workings

• Manage relevant geotechnical projects, including contractors, to ensure deliverables are met and introduce, manage and monitor systems• Update databases for all geotechnical functions including ground support, ground monitoring, inspections, etc. • Management of QA/QC requirements for installed ground support• Geotechnical inspections and monitoring of cave behaviour and the impact to mine infrastructure, ore extraction, and ground control systems • Manage geotechnical hazards and prepare hazard management reports for seismicity, ground stability and air-gap monitoring

• Design, installation, review and calibration of monitoring systems • Maintenance of monitoring systems including hardware and software • Supervision of staff and site contractors • Creation and maintenance of geotechnical databases • Acquisition of data from various monitoring systems • Organise daily and weekly routine duties to ensure that project targets are met
