Conduct IT security monitoring and review of ATI’s security information and event management (SIEM) system to provide early identification of potential threats to ATI within ATI’s systems, networks, and end point devices.Investigate and analyze security alerts and events to determine which items require additional review, escalation, or immediate action.Collaborate with the IT Service Desk, IT Field Support, IT Operations, and IT Engineering Teams to confirm unusual activity within ATI’s systems, networks, and end point devices and to help coordinate any applicable remediation activity.Review and process security requests from the ATI IT Ticketing System as well as the ATI IT Security & Risk Mailbox.Assist with IT security and IT risk special projects, and complete ad hoc IT security operations requests

• Provide Remote IT support via Service Desk call center phone lines and Footprints and ServiceNow ticketing systems• Assist in establishing and troubleshooting remote VPN connections• Manage account permissions within Active Directory to assist users• Utilize System Center Console Manager to remotely assist end users• Maintain frequent communication by creating and updating tickets for every incident• Reporting time allotment each week• Troubleshoot and repair desktop computer as well as laptop components• Catalog and report end of life equipment for recycling and destruction• Creating and maintaining knowledge base documents• Provide daily email updates to the business regarding system status and service outages• Work with HR to update end user accounts appropriately as changes are needed within Active Directory• Created and maintained an Outage Tracking template and workbook for reference• Created training documentation to assist while training new staff• Documented and escalated tickets and service outages in accordance with escalation guidelines
