Responsible for repairs and inspections throughout the property including boiler systems, elevators, pools, saunas, hot tub, fire systems, water pump systems, chillers, along with normal maintenance tasks. Responsible for negotiating and evaluating fair contracts for work needed. Proficient with RealPage/OneSite property management software. Rotate 24 hour emergency on call once every 5th week.
