Making sure the store was opened or closed in a timely manner (Key Holder). Morning or Nightly closing procedures including closing registers. Counting money and setting up bank deposits, and counting the safe. Running daily reports including returns, price modifications reports, quantity on hand variance detail reports, reverse logistics. Fixing time schedules. Shooting outs to maintain a proper inventory and proper quantity on hand for the store. Handling customers in a professional manner, to insure the customers satisfaction which includes helping the customer find the correct part for their car. If we don't have what the customer needs, I will find it by either calling another Pep Boys and have it delivered or order it from the warehouse. Building a strong team underneath me leading by example which helps to develop their customer service skills and a strong work ethic.

Began to learn the ins and outs of the financial industry. Learned the proper way or prospecting clients, and how to sell on the phone.

Studied and obtained Series 7 & Series 63. Learned how to cold call and began to learn the business.
