• Working in a SEN school, supporting students who may have been excluded from mainstream school, students with special needs, behavioural problems or need extra attention and care.
• Working closely with students who are on internal exclusion, working with them on positive behaviour in order to integrate them back into the classroom

• Supporting in the classroom, and helping students with educational work and life skills
• Providing support to the teacher and working alongside other Teaching Assistants
• Helping to calm students who may be acting out and need extra support

• Being present at Parents Evenings to ensure parents are aware of any behavioural progress or issues, and how the school are working on improving this.
