Hello, I'm a Graphics Design student with an associate degree of Visual Communications. Currently located Austin TX. I have been in networking for 10+ years starting as an intern at Great Plains Communications. There I started picking up small business networking experience by configuring Cisco cat4800 switches and home network routers/modems.From there I dove deeper into networking by working at west business solutions as a Provisioning Engineer contracted with at&t. There I set up new connections and upgraded older devices at the PE level. I worked closely with government entities such as schools, prisons, dmvs, and hospitals.3 years of that work our contract was terminated and I went into West proper and supported all of West business lines. Managed and upkeep of our remote sites across the global and remediation of any incidents that would happen. I worked for West (now Intrado) and was with the company for almost 10 years. My current company is Skyline technologies
