I have been fortunate to travel across the nation, learning from some of the brightest minds in the industry, and I am passionate about using that knowledge to positively influence others, just as I have been influenced.Currently, as the Sterile Processing Supervisor at Cleveland Clinic, I play a critical role in maintaining the highest sterilization standards essential to patient safety and care. Our team’s commitment ensures that every instrument complies with rigorous health regulations, a cornerstone of our work. This aligns seamlessly with my broader goal of driving excellence in healthcare operations, grounded in my background in political science and government from South Carolina State University, which offers a unique perspective on fostering meticulous quality assurance and effective communication.My previous experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist at SIPS CONSULTS allowed me to refine my skills in detailed analysis and comprehensive reporting, contributing to the success of the Quality Information System.
