The PD provides leadership to program and curriculum development, planning, promoting, and scheduling instruction in accordance with First Tee Life Skills Experience. Also responsible for the supervision of daily program operations, course access, facility and fiscal management, policy implementation, and safety of all programs operated by First Tee Greater Wichita. Currently, in our National School Program, we are in 65 schools in USD 259, Andover, Winfield, and Catholic schools PE programs.

Coach of 2013, 2014, 2020, and 2021 Girls State Champions, 2014, 2015, 2021, 2022 Boys State Champions. Undefeated as a coach at State championships for both boys and girls while head coach (8 seasons in a row). Took 4-year hiatus from coaching. Kapaun Mt. Carmel currently has the most Kansas state championships in football, wrestling, and golf. Kapaun girls golf had not won a state championship since 1983 - Kapaun girls won back-to-back state championships for the first time ever. In two years, led KMC to four state titles and 3 individual title state champions. Back at KMC for the 2020 KMC Girls golf season. Won every tournament in 2020 season regionals, and another 1st place title at the State championship. Boys 2021 Season placed first in 7/8 Tournaments. Won Regionals and placed 1st at State @ Sand Creek Station by 2 shots over St. Thomas KC. The 2021 girls golf team was the most dominant golf team in Girls State history. Shooting the 2-day record and also holding the single-day scoring record.The Crusaders are classified as a 5A school, which is the second-largest classification in Kansas according to the Kansas State High School Activities Association. Throughout its history, Kapaun Mt. Carmel has won 41 state championships in girls and boys golf. This is by all accounts the most decorated high school golf team of boys and girls in the nation.

All live customer facing contact originates and terminates through the contact center. The top priorities in the department are: 1) Create Raving fans of TGW. 2) Generate continually increasing revenue via orders through phone, Live Chat, and up-sells. 3) Maintain an effective group of 50-75 . The position reports directly to the Director of Customer Relations.

Morning radio show on air "talent". Also was in charge of programming the station - what shows, who and when. As music director was in charge of selecting the music, spins, and when to play. Reported to all major charting campaigns on a weekly basis.
