November, 2003- Present Counselor: - Obtaining information from potential clients to assess whether they would be successful candidates for the debt management program ,reviewing their credit report and providing counseling and a solution to their individual situation.- I carry the following certifications: ACFPE, AICCCA, NFCC, certified as a credit counselor by the state of Michigan.- I have recently been re-certified by the NFCC (National Foundation for Credit Counseling) nfcc.org- Management skills used as POC (point of contact) for my team while the supervisor was unavailable. - Selected by management as trainer for AICCCA for new hires; this certification is a requirement for the company to maintain its non-profit status.- Also took client service calls which required acting as a liaison between the client and the creditor. This position requires a very detailed and up to date knowledge of rules and regulations put forth by the creditors as well as our organization.

In October of 2010 I earned the title of Quality Assurance Specialist. This position holds many responsibilities and works within the Quality Engineering department. Duties included, but not limited to, are: -Monitoring and reporting of counselors and client services representatives-Data collection and entry utilizing Excel spread sheets and pivot tables- Creation and delivery of confidential reports to the Quality Manager as well as internal and external management - Reporting and tracking of projects-Coordinating data collection- Assisting in the creation of quality assurance policies- Creating procedures-Design of Quality Assurance monitoring forms to utilize both within company software as well as soft copies to use without when necessary.-Proficient with NICE (A monitoring/reporting software), Excel, Adobe, Outlook, as well as other numerous internal software and processes.
