Install, organize, test, maintain, check and troubleshoot end user workstations and interrelated hardware and software.Hands-on experience in hardware repairs such as video cards, ram, motherboards and hard drives,in addition to a number of software programs.Provide support to end users relating to hardware, software, computer applications, LAN components and peripherals.

Also was responsible for producing and maintaining a daily spreadsheet for the production of invoices to various customers.
