I became a Click 2 Staff (associate scheduling too) coach / trainer becoming proficient at writing schedules, also learned to focus my energy on coaching the teller team. During my time at Snellville, I focused on improving customer delight and maintaining teller referral levels. At the end of my six months there, we were one of four centers to have 100% teller referral execution and had increased customer delight by 15 points (more than 30%). I consistently ranked in the top 3 (of 27) in my role based on the bank’s performance metrics. At the South Lawrenceville banking center, I specifically focused on associate development.
